FULLSCREEN PLEASE~!!
PRINT AVAILABLE, NOTE ME

This is the completed, colored version of my first Final Fantasy VI fan art. The line art can be seen here: [link]

I felt very close to this piece while working on it. FF6 is my favorite game of all time and also my favorite FF game in the series. I am a huge fan of the story and characters, Terra and Kefka especially so this piece was great fun every step of the way. This is my little what if drawing...for further explanation please view the lineart.

Side Note: I first thought about drawing Terra in half esper form, glowing in Kefka's arms but at the last minute I changed my mind. This give me the opportunity to draw more Kefka/Terra fan art. :squeee!:

This would have been completed much sooner if it weren't for the Holidays (--____--).

I learned a lot by coloring this piece and I feel the thing I improved most on and also had the hardest time with was the blending of unlike colors. I am extremely happy with the way this turned out and I really feel that it shows even further improvement in Copic skill. I hope I can continue to get better and better this year.

Much thanks to *EST0PPEL for pointing me to her WIP Completion Drive!!

As soon as I see a picture with Kefka in it, I'm always intrigued. But this one really grabbed my attention with its great composition and funky background!

My only criticism is that Terra's jawline looks slightly misplaced... the way her legs and cape are positioned suggests that she is turned towards Kefka, yet her face is in side profile. I suppose you could say that she's looking over her shoulder but it's just something I noticed.

This artwork has been beautifully drawn and fantastically coloured - I especially love the watercolour style of Terra's cape, and the attention to detail in the picture. You even put a shadow on the background! Kefka of course looks amazing in all his colourful glory. I can't stop looking at that claw-like arm of his. This picture belongs in my favourites for a reason!
